Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Beriani Rice
Cooking Instruction:
- Heat the 1 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp margarine and 2 tbsp cooking oil the sautƩ shallots, garlic and ginger that have been blended with cloves, cardamom seeds and cinnamon
- Fry until golden fragrant. Then add the 2 tbsp of Mak Siti Beriani powder and stir well
- Add evaporated milk, coriander leaves and water (1 cup water to 1 cup rice). Heat to boil
- Add basmati rice, salt and sugar. Stir and heat to dry
- Then, add few drops of egg yellow food coloring on the rice. Cover and leave the rice until cook perfectly.
- Garnish with raisins, cashew nuts (fried without oil) and fried onions before serving.
