Mak Siti Bone Soup Spices

Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook bone soup

Cooking Instruction :

  1. Heat the cooking oil.
  2. Saute 6 shallots onion, 2 gloves of garlic, and Ā½ā€ of ginger until golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Add 2 liters of water, 1kg of beef bone or oxtail, and a packet of Mak Siti’s Soup Tulang.
  4. Simmer for ½ hour or until being tender.
  5. After ½ hour or being tender, enter the following vegetables taste.
  6. Add salt to taste. Prepare for a meal with a little sprinkle of fried onions (if any)
