Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook bone soup
Cooking Instruction :
- Heat the cooking oil.
- Saute 6 shallots onion, 2 gloves of garlic, and ½ā of ginger until golden brown and fragrant.
- Add 2 liters of water, 1kg of beef bone or oxtail, and a packet of Mak Sitiās Soup Tulang.
- Simmer for ½ hour or until being tender.
- After ½ hour or being tender, enter the following vegetables taste.
- Add salt to taste. Prepare for a meal with a little sprinkle of fried onions (if any)
