Mak Siti Kurma Spices Powder

Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Meat, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetable Kurma.

Cooking Instruction :

  1. Heat cooking oil and fry 12 bombay onions/shallots with 1.5cm ginger until golden brown
  2. AddĀ  Mak Siti Kurma Spices Powder stir until it is well cooked
  3. Add in 4 kg Chicken/Meat with some water, cover with lid and let simmer until meat is cooked
  4. Add in milk of 6 coconuts and potatoes until cooked
  5. Finally add tomatoes,Ā 250gm onion (cut into quarters) and juice of 3 lemons.
  6. Add in salt to taste
  7. Garnish with celery and spring onions before serving
