Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Meat, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetable Kurma.
Cooking Instruction :
- Heat cooking oil and fry 12 bombay onions/shallots with 1.5cm ginger until golden brown
- AddĀ Mak Siti Kurma Spices Powder stir until it is well cooked
- Add in 4 kg Chicken/Meat with some water, cover with lid and let simmer until meat is cooked
- Add in milk of 6 coconuts and potatoes until cooked
- Finally add tomatoes,Ā 250gm onion (cut into quarters) and juice of 3 lemons.
- Add in salt to taste
- Garnish with celery and spring onions before serving
