Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Chicken/Meat Rendang
Cooking Instruction:
- Heat cooking oil and fry onions with galangal and lemongrass
- Add Mak Siti Rendang Spices Powder paste, fry until fragrant using low heat
- Add in 5 kg chicken/ meat with coconut milk, allow simmer until meat is cooked. Add in citrus leaf
- Add in salt to taste
- Garnish with spring onions and celery before serving.
