Mak Siti Rendang Spices Powder

Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Chicken/Meat Rendang

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Heat cooking oil and fry onions with galangal and lemongrass
  2. Add Mak Siti Rendang Spices Powder paste, fry until fragrant using low heat
  3. Add in 5 kg chicken/ meat with coconut milk, allow simmer until meat is cooked. Add in citrus leaf
  4. Add in salt to taste
  5. Garnish with spring onions and celery before serving.
