Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Chicken/Meat Soup Soto
Cooking Instruction:
- Boil 5kg chicken in boiling water, when cooked remove chicken. Drain and leave to cool for shredding chicken meat
- Heat cooking oil and fry onions with ginger until golden brown
- Ad 4½ litters water or stock (after boiling chicken) and add 250gm Mak Siti Soto Soup Spices Powder.
- Add in shredded chicken meat, bean sprouts, fried bean curds and ketupat cubes, let simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
- Add in salt to taste
- Garnish with celery leaves, spring onions, hard boiled eggs(halves) line (halves) and crispy fried shallots.
- Ready to serves
