Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Chicken/Meat Soup
Cooking Instruction:
- Heat cooking oil and fry onions/shallots with garlics until golden brown
- Add Mak Siti Soup Spices Powder paste, stir until it is well cooked
- Fry until fragrant then add 250gm chicken/meat cover until excess water evaporates
- Add water and heat until contents are half cooked
- Add salt to taste, reduce heat and add carrots and potatoes and simmer until fully cooked
- For that extra taste, garnish with a sprinkling of fried onions, spring onions and celery.
