Mak Siti Soup Spices Powder

Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook Chicken/Meat Soup

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Heat cooking oil and fry onions/shallots with garlics until golden brown
  2. Add Mak Siti Soup Spices Powder paste, stir until it is well cooked
  3. Fry until fragrant then add 250gm chicken/meat cover until excess water evaporates
  4. Add water and heat until contents are half cooked
  5. Add salt to taste, reduce heat and add carrots and potatoes and simmer until fully cooked
  6. For that extra taste, garnish with a sprinkling of fried onions, spring onions and celery.
