Suggested Dish : Suitable to cook chicken or meat or fish soy sauce
Cooking Instruction :
1. Heat cooking oil and fry shallots with ginger until golden brown.
2. Add Mak Siti Soy Sauce Chicken/Meat Spices powder paste, fry until fragrant using low heat.
3. Add a little water and thick soy sauce, then add light soya sauce to taste
4. Add in Chicken leave on the heat, stirring occasionally until it is cooked
5. Garnish with spring onions and celery before serving
